# Automation runs

> See each time an automation ran, whether it succeeded, and the errors of any that failed.

**Automations → Automation Runs** lists each run, newest first.

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Name** | The automation's name, with its application underneath |
| **Duration** | How long the run took, with when it started |
| **Run Status** | **Succeeded**, **Succeeded with failures**, **Failed** or **Undetermined** |
| **Actions** | **View** opens the run |

**Run Status** above the list filters by status, and **Search for a run** finds runs by automation
name.

| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| **Succeeded** | Every action ran without errors |
| **Succeeded with failures** | The run finished, but some parts of it failed, such as an email to one address |
| **Failed** | The run stopped with an error |
| **Undetermined** | The run has not finished, or its result is not known |

Double-click a run, or choose **View**, to open it. The run shows:

| Item | What it is |
|---|---|
| **Automation** | The automation's name |
| **Automation type** | Its application |
| **Queue time** | When the run was queued |
| **Duration** | How long it took, with its start and end times |
| **Error messages** | For a failed run, or one with failures, the error text |
| **Errors** | A table of each failure: **When**, **What** was being done, **Why** it failed, **How** (such as the addresses affected) and the **Remedy** |
